The Goldfire Group works in collaboration with independent service providers who offer specific services such as web development, marketing, and consultation. When using these services, you agree to abide by any additional terms set forth by the individual service providers, which may vary depending on the nature of the service. You may be required to enter into separate agreements with them, and The Goldfire Group is not responsible for any disputes or issues that arise between you and the service provider.

3. Services

We provide a wide array of digital services, including but not limited to:

SEO Optimization, Technical SEO, Marketing
Branding & Domain Mining
AI-Powered Website Packages
Business Strategy & Sales Consultation

The scope of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to the service being provided. Any specific Terms & Conditions will be outlined on the Service Pages themselves in the Terms Tab.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees, renewals, and annual fees associated with the tools, subscriptions, and services as detailed in any individual service agreements. Pricing for services may change without notice or vary depending on the complexity and scope of the work being provided. To secure a position in scheduling, payment is required prior to all services. A detailed receipt will be provided at the end of services rendered. Payment can be made via INTERAC Email Money Transfer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies will depend on the specific service or provider involved. Clients should refer to the terms provided in the individual agreements with the service providers. No refunds are possible for services that have been scheduled, started, or completed. For Monthly or Managed Plans, a 30-90 day cancellation notice is required, depending on the level of services being managed.

6. Liability Limitation

The Goldfire Group and its affiliated service providers make no guarantees of results from the services provided. You agree that The Goldfire Group will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service errors caused by third-party service providers or technologies.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by The Goldfire Group or its service providers, including but not limited to website designs, content, branding, and software, remains the property of The Goldfire Group or its service providers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.
